Description

These Urine Specimen Collection Kits are specifically designed for Impaired Driving specimen collection and include two Urine Specimen Bottles and a foam holder.

  • 1 ea. Pre-sealed Kit Box (6″ L x 4.75″ W x 2.5″ H) with biohazard label affixed
  • 1 ea. Kit Instruction Sheet/FDA Insert
  • 1 ea. Specimen Bottle Holder (polyurethane foam)
  • 1ea. 100 ml Urine Specimen Bottle (UC-2 has 2, 100 ml Urine Specimen Bottles)
  • 1 ea. Ziplock Bag containing a liquid-absorbing sheet
