DragonEye lidar has been a very popular item across Canada. DAVTECH has had many prospective customers field test DragonEye lidar head-to-head against major competitive units, declaring that DragonEye provides superior performance.
The DragonEye Full Size Lidar Unit is available with two firmware options. First is the “Standard Firmware” version, that provides a reading for the target vehicle only. This unit has no previous results storage or recall capabilities.
There is also a “Canadian Firmware” version that features Previous Results Storage and Recall. Speed results are time and date stamped within the unit, and it stores about 6 months of data.
