1. My instrument needs repair or recertification. What should I do?

2. I have called and can’t get a hold of a real person!

We do apologize if you cannot reach a real live person on the phone. We make every effort to answer your call but unfortunately there are times when we will not be at our desks. If you cannot get the person you need to speak to on the phone; please leave us a message. We will make every attempt to get back to you as soon as possible.

3. My order arrived; but it was damaged. What should I do?

It is imperative that you inspect your shipment before accepting delivery of your order. If there is any damage to the package please note it on the bill of lading before the delivery person departs. Any claims or defects must be made within 10 days of the receipt of goods you then assume responsibility of the goods. We can handle the freight claim on your behalf; but to do so we will require the bill of lading with the damage noted as well as any photo documentation to resolve the claim. Failure to follow these guidelines will negate our ability to file a claim on your behalf and will require you to deal with the delivery company directly.

4. I have never purchased from DAVTECH; how do I set up an account?

You have an option of applying for credit with our company by submitting a completed credit application. Download the form below or you can prepay your order with a Visa or a Master Card (We also accept cash if you can pick up your order).

5. I have placed my order; when can I expect it to arrive?

When you place your order; we strive to ship your order within 72 hours of its receipt. If we do not have stock of your requested item; your sales person will inform you of an expected delivery date.
